Our primary carrier is the FedEx (or UPS - United States Postal Service)
which ships to any physical address from the nearest Herbalife Distribution Center,
whether it is to be delivered to a home or business. Regular ground delivery takes
2-5 business days to arrive, depending upon the final destination.
No P.O. Boxes, because FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and the final destination.
Your shipping costs will be calculated for you as each item is added to your shopping cart,
so that you will know your shipping costs before you render your final selection.
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to us,
and a second alerting you when your package is on its way. An order with multiple items
may be subject to backorders.
Shipment times, exclusions
Orders for in-stock items placed prior to 2:00 p.m. (central time) will ship the same day
(excluding Sundays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will ship the following business day,
excluding holidays. When placing an order please consider the holidays, and note that an
extra day or two may need to be added to your delivery date.
