Returns Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at our on-line store.
How to return items
To return any merchandise, indicate the reason for the return
and the order number on a separate piece of paper, securely wrap the parcel, and service@edietstar.com
for assistance.
Conditions of returned items
For an exchange or a refund, merchandise must still be in new condition, with its original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed the returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
