When Lee Apperson & Jennifer Micheli walk by, heads turn. Lee has held the Mr.
America title not once, but twice, along with the Mr. USA title. At age 47, Lee has
been competing on the bodybuilding circuit, what he calls "the biggest show on the planet," for 20 years.
One more title that Lee holds is World Team member. And one of his favorite products is
Joint Support-Glucosamine with Herbs.
"I've tried other glucosamine products and this is the best. Bodybuilders have a lot of problems
with their joints - they're like hinges that get worn out from overuse. After just one bottle

Jennifer also lives by the shakes. Formerly anorexic, she went from "80 pounds of skin and
bones" to taking second in the 2004 Masters National Figure Competition. Just two years ago,
Jennifer beat out 19-to 32-year olds in her first of many figure competitions. She was 41 at the time.
"Finding Herbalife was the turning point. After six weeks on the products, I gained 10 pounds
of muscle and started looking and feeling healthier," she says.*
"As my appearance improved, people began asking me what I was doing," continues Jennifer.
At the time, Jennifer owned a gym, so becoming a Distributor was a perfect fit. Her growing
downline now includes Lee, whom she met four years ago.
"When I earned $2,800 my first month, I knew I was on to something," she says.
"In my second month, I was eighth in the company in U.S. Sponsorships. My mother
spotted it in the Herbalife Today magazine - I had no idea!"
How does she do it? "Use, Wear, Talk," Jennifer answers without a moment's hesitation.
"For five years now, I've worn a button every day. I even wear it on my swimsuit. It's gotten me to Global Expansion Team."

"Since I closed my gym and decided to go full-time, I have more time to spend with my three kids.
And now I have five gym owners in my downline," she exclaims proudly. "Once they let me do shake
parties and demos at their gym, they realize that they can make a lot of money doing this, too!"
Unlike so many athletes who consider age the enemy, Lee and Jennifer are proud of being in their forties.
