What better way to network than within your own family? Millionaire Team member Tony and his sister,
Global Expansion Team member Carmel, lead Gen H Distributors by example, showing how to work
together to take your business to the next level.
"When you sponsor someone in your family, you have a vested interest in not only making sure that person
is successful, but also that you are, too. Your family knows everything about you, they know the real you.
That means you're held accountable, so you end up motivating each other," Tony observes.
"I used to watch what Tony did and thought, 'I can do this, too!' It's easier to build the business
with him around, because he provides great support. Being able to work with people you like is incredible.

Aware of the challenges when beginning the Herbalife business opportunity, Tony feels that the support new
Distributors can find from one another helps to alleviate the concerns of whether or not they can actually
succeed in the business. "Distributors can encourage one another in their common goals of reaching the next

By involving teams of new Distributors on three way calls or plugging them into the support available through
Gen H, it helps to firmly build these new Distributors into your downline. Carmel adds, "With Gen H, you see
