"Nothing can stop me now!"
Fighting a longtime battle with her weight
had begun to take its toll on Cristina Salazar.
“I became very depressed,” she says. Cristina
was working at a bakery at the time, so
temptation was within easy reach.
“I started nibbling and snacking, indulging in sweets
throughout the day to make myself feel better,”
she explains. “And that just added more
weight.” At 196 pounds, Cristina decided
to take action.
“I spend my days working with pastries - and I’m not even tempted.”
“People started saying to me, ‘Wow! You look
beautiful!’” Cristina says of her early weight loss
